Delete Your Account
You can delete your LEIPO account directly from the mobile app. Follow the steps below:
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the LEIPO app on your device
- Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner
- Select Settings
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the warning message carefully
- Confirm your decision by tapping Delete My Account
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted, including:
- Your profile information
- Location history
- Sent and received messages
- Friend connections
- All uploaded images and files
What Happens After Deletion?
Once you delete your account:
- Your account will be immediately deactivated
- All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days
- You will no longer be able to log in to LEIPO
- Other users will no longer see you in their friend list
- All location sharing will be stopped immediately

Alternative: Temporarily Disable Your Account
If you're not sure about permanently deleting your account, you can simply log out of the app and stop using it. Your data will remain saved, and you can log back in anytime.
